We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a leading cybersecurity solutions provider based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the cybersecurity sector who is passionate about helping businesses strengthen their security posture through innovative technology solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across SME and Enterprise accounts within the UAE and wider GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within SME and Enterprise markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Managers, CISOs, CIOs, and business stakeholders.
- Promote and sell cybersecurity solutions and services, including managed security services, network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and related technologies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, market developments, and competitor activities across the UAE and GCC.
- Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts through CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of selling cybersecurity solutions or services to SME and Enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC cybersecurity market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly articulate with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- UAE driving licence is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling solutions such as SIEM, SOC, MDR, EDR/XDR, IAM, Cloud Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, or Managed Security Services.
- Existing network of contacts within UAE and GCC organisations.
- Experience working with cybersecurity vendors, system integrators, or value-added resellers (VARs).
