Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a high-profile music artist. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, global creative career, providing seamless personal and logistical support across both professional and private life.

Based primarily in London, the role involves extensive international travel, often at short notice, ensuring the Principal is fully supported across multiple time zones, tour schedules, promotional commitments, and personal travel. The successful candidate will become an indispensable right hand, working closely with management, PR, security, and wider teams to ensure absolute organisation, discretion, and efficiency at all times.

This is a dynamic, high-pressure, and highly rewarding position requiring exceptional judgement, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will be responsible for maintaining the Principal’s diary and coordinating complex schedules with management teams, while ensuring all aspects of personal and professional commitments run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Principal’s complex personal diary, coordinating closely with management regarding work schedules
  • Act as a key point of contact, liaising confidentially with management, accountants, PR, security, and wider professional teams
  • Screen and manage all correspondence, calls, and incoming enquiries with discretion
  • Accompany the Principal internationally as required, coordinating all travel logistics and liaising with security teams
  • Proactively prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-moving environment
  • Coordinate wardrobe logistics with styling teams, including receipt, organisation, packing, unpacking, pressing, and dry cleaning
  • Oversee personal and household administration, including liaising with housekeepers, gardeners, and contractors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Receive and manage parcels, deliveries, and fan mail
  • Monitor personal invoices, obtain approvals, and ensure timely payment of bills and expenses
  • Support personal shopping, gifting, and ad hoc errands as required
  • Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, dining, and event bookings
  • Provide occasional support with family-related logistics when required

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate must have proven longevity in previous roles and have experience working within UHNW environments, with proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ever-changing schedules.

You will be exceptionally discreet, calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident managing both personal and professional demands at the highest level. A proactive mindset, flexibility, and willingness to travel extensively are essential.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a PA to step into a truly global role supporting a high-profile international artist at the centre of a demanding and exciting career.
