Brand Ambassador - Luxury Perfume Brand

Tiger has partnered with a luxury perfume boutique who are making their mark in the London market after seeing huge success in the Middle East - with a brand new boutique opening up in White City Westfield on Wednesday 1 July. We are looking for passionate, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to join them! If you have a love for fragrance, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy creating memorable shopping experiences, we'd love to hear from you. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, delivering personalised fragrance consultations, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping them discover the perfect scent.

You must be immediately available, ideally with experience in retail and with ability to work on a rota basis Monday-Sunday.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalised fragrance consultations.
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend fragrances and complementary products.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service and relationship building.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium customer service is preferred.
• A passion for fragrance, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, positive, and professional approach.
• A proactive sales mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Well-presented with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
