About the Role

Tiger Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a highly unique and rewarding opportunity on behalf of a private CEO based in Zug. We are seeking an exceptional Butler, Driver and Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both business and private matters.

This is a hybrid position that combines the professionalism of an Executive Assistant with the discretion and service standards of a traditional Butler. The successful candidate will be a trusted right-hand to the CEO, ensuring that every aspect of their professional and personal life runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Butler & Lifestyle Management

  • Provide discreet, high-level personal assistance to the CEO.

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO's private affairs.

  • Coordinate household suppliers, contractors and service providers.

  • Arrange personal travel, restaurants, entertainment and reservations.

  • Manage luxury purchases, gifts and personal errands.

  • Prepare for meetings and receive guests to the highest hospitality standards.

  • Ensure vehicles, residences and personal environments are maintained to exceptional standards.

  • Anticipate the CEO's preferences and proactively manage daily requirements.

Chauffeur Duties

  • Safely drive the CEO to business meetings, private appointments and events.

  • Maintain company and personal vehicles to immaculate standards.

  • Plan efficient routes while maintaining flexibility for changing schedules.

  • Ensure absolute discretion and professionalism during all journeys.

Executive & Business Support

  • Manage the CEO's diary, appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes where required.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails and documentation.

  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and business partners.

  • Ensure all business logistics are executed flawlessly.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in supporting UHNW individuals, senior executives or family offices.

  • An accomplished Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with strong organisational skills.

  • Experienced in butler service, luxury hospitality, private households or similar high-service environments.

  • A confident and safe driver with a clean driving licence.

  • Highly discreet with impeccable judgement and absolute confidentiality.

  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing changing priorities.

  • Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to requests.

  • Exceptionally well-presented with outstanding communication skills.

  • Flexible regarding working hours when business or personal commitments require.

  • Fluent in English; German is highly desirable, and additional languages would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs or UHNW individuals.

  • Valid Swiss or EU driving licence with an excellent driving record.

  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
