Regional Manager - Luxury Perfume Brand
- Immediate start role on a rolling temporary basis
- Monday - Sunday rota (6 days/week)
- Up to £30.00 per hour + holiday pay
Tiger has partnered with an incredible luxury fragrance brand that has seen huge international success and is now cutting its teeth in the UK market! An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Manager to join a the growing brand and lead its retail operations across the UK. This role will be instrumental in driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the brand's continued expansion. This is a senior retail leadership role responsible for driving the commercial success, expansion, and long-term growth of the business, overseeing the performance and operations of existing stores, whilst also playing a strategic mandate to expand the brand's retail footprint, strengthen presence, and unlock new business opportunities in the UK market.
What You'll Do:
This Regional Manager role owns P&L delivery, people leadership, retail excellence, and market development, while working closely with regional and global leadership teams to take the brand to greater heights in one of the world’s most competitive luxury retail markets.
Responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:
- Taking ownership of the performance and operations of multiple retail stores across the UK
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and delivery of commercial targets
- Managing budgets and store performance, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and results
- Recruiting, leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
- Working closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, launches, events, and customer engagement initiatives
- Supporting retail expansion projects, including site evaluation, new store openings, and launch execution
- Identifying business development and commercial opportunities
Who You Are
- Strong experience in a regional, area, or multi-site retail leadership role, ideally 5-10+ years
- Background within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, premium consumer goods, or a similar customer-focused sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple locations
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, and business performance
- Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Experience supporting store openings, retail expansion, or growth-focused projects
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable with a strong customer-first mindset.
