Style Advisor (3-Month Contract) – Geneva, Switzerland
Tiger Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Style Advisor to join a luxury fashion retailer on a 3-month contract in Geneva, Switzerland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional with experience in luxury fashion or premium retail environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing the brand to the highest standard in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional, personalised service.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and provide expert styling advice.
• Conduct personal styling sessions with confidence, offering outfit recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and continually develop an understanding of new collections and trends.
• Support customers by identifying alternative products, sourcing items from other stores, or facilitating online orders where required.
• Process sales transactions, refunds, and telephone orders accurately and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies when handling customer information.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and overall store presentation.
• Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, stock recalls, and inventory management.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Escalate customer concerns appropriately to the management team.
• Promote a collaborative "one business" approach and contribute positively to the wider retail team.
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Candidate Profile:
Essential:
• Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Confident providing styling advice and product recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Flexible to work across a seven-day rota, including weekends and varied shift patterns.
• Professional presentation with the ability to represent the brand at all times.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
