Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Lifestyle & Expedition Assistant to support a globally mobile UHNW Principal.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, proactive and highly resourceful professional to become the Principal's trusted right hand, providing seamless support across every aspect of his personal life. The successful candidate may be based anywhere in the world, provided they are able to travel internationally at short notice and accompany the Principal on extended trips of up to three weeks at a time. When the Principal is not travelling, the role will primarily be remote, overseeing ongoing projects, coordinating complex logistics and ensuring every aspect of the Principal's lifestyle runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Principal's trusted right hand, providing comprehensive lifestyle and executive support.
  • Coordinate complex international travel, including commercial and private aviation, accommodation, visas, permits and ground transportation.
  • Accompany the Principal on international trips, often for periods of up to three/four weeks.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of international expeditions, including liaising with local guides, arranging permits, hunting licences and CITES documentation where required.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Principal's residence in Switzerland, coordinating household staff, contractors, suppliers and specialist service providers.
  • Arrange executive medical appointments and liaise with leading clinics and healthcare professionals in Switzerland.
  • Coordinate specialist lifestyle projects, including high-end audio installations and technical suppliers.
  • Conduct research and source solutions for complex or unusual requests worldwide.
  • Liaise with advisers, lawyers, accountants and external stakeholders on confidential matters.
  • Manage changing priorities with professionalism, discretion and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of five years' experience supporting a UHNW Principal as a Private PA, Lifestyle Manager, Chief of Staff or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex international travel and high-level lifestyle logistics.
  • Experience overseeing residential properties, household operations or renovation projects would be advantageous.
  • Native or fluent Russian.
  • Fluent French (essential).
  • Fluent English.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information and working with absolute discretion.
  • Technically confident, with the ability to coordinate smart-home systems and specialist suppliers.
  • Comfortable supporting the logistics associated with international hunting expeditions.

Mobility/Location:

  • Candidates may be based anywhere in the world, provided they are able to travel internationally at short notice.
  • Must be available to accompany the Principal on international trips of up to three/four weeks at a time, on regular basis.
  • An EU passport or valid Schengen residence permit is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to travel frequently within the Schengen Area and internationally at short notice. Where visas are required, they should be able to obtain them promptly and without undue difficulty.

Package

  • €6,500 - €7,500/ AED 27,000 – 32,000 net per month , depending on experience.
  • Performance-related annual and project-specific bonuses.
  • All business travel, accommodation, insurance and related expenses covered by the Principal.
