A warm, international family based in Regent's Park is seeking a fluent French-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed household. The current nanny has been with the family for 5 years, a testament to the positive, long-term environment they offer.

This is a genuinely team-based role, working alongside another nanny (or nanny/housekeeper) at all times. The children are never cared for individually, with consistent support in place, making this a highly collaborative and well-structured environment.

The role involves supporting the care of five children aged 3 to 12, with a strong focus on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from managing routines and organising schedules to coordinating activities, school commitments, and social plans. As all the children are in nursery or school during the day, the role would suit someone proactive, organised, and naturally one step ahead.

The family travels extensively throughout the year, including extended periods over winter and all school holidays, so flexibility and enthusiasm for travel and variety are essential.

Above all, the family is looking for the right personality – someone fun, upbeat, energetic, and easy-going, who brings positive energy into the home, builds strong connections with the children, and works seamlessly as part of a team. A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt within a busy, ever-changing environment are key.

This is a 24/5 role, with night cover required; however, the children have strong sleeping routines and generally sleep well with minimal disturbance. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, providing a comfortable space to unwind.

Cooking requirements are minimal, and little to no driving is required in London, though confident driving experience in Europe is important given the family's travel schedule.
