Salary: Up to £50k annually

Tiger are seeking a proactive and personable Team Assistant to support a successful and busy team of 12 within a boutique investment firm based in the West End. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, managing multiple priorities and using their initiative to keep things running smoothly.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting a busy team with high-volume diary management, international travel and meeting coordination, whilst also taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office. The role requires someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in providing a high level of support to both the team and wider office.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and team support to a busy team of 12
- Manage a high volume of international calls, meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex global travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics and conference attendance
- Assist with diary management and scheduling across the team
- Process expenses, collate receipts and prepare expense reports
- Raise and process invoices as required
- Support with the organisation of conferences, away days, team events and office socials
- Manage the day-to-day running and presentation of the office
- Prepare and clear meeting rooms and assist with general meeting logistics
- Build strong relationships across the team and wider office, anticipating needs and providing support wherever required
Who You Are
- Proactive, positive and happy to get involved across a broad range of tasks
- Italian speaking skills would be advantageous
- Previous experience as a PA, EA, Team Assistant or similar in a busy environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable personality
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative
- Discreet, professional and trustworthy
- Eager to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
