As they continue to build a world-class Communications & Brand team, they are looking for an exceptional Copywriter with Emirati dialect fluency who can bring ideas to life through engaging, culturally authentic content. This is an opportunity to help shape the voice of one of Abu Dhabi's most exciting new organisations from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative Arabic copy for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital platforms, social media, speeches, presentations and corporate communications.
• Adapt content into authentic Emirati dialect to maximise audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, brand specialists and communications professionals to develop integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organisation's brand identity and tone of voice.
• Generate fresh ideas and creative concepts that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
• Work within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• Native Arabic fluency, with exceptional writing skills and a strong command of the Emirati dialect.
• Previous experience as a Copywriter within a creative agency, media organisation, branding or marketing agency, or in-house communications team.
• Highly creative with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and meaningful content.
• Proactive, solutions-driven and confident working within a collaborative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with outstanding editing and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable working within a fast moving organisation where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
