Overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area while providing administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will create a positive first impression, manage front-of-house activities efficiently, and support the wider team with a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings.
  • Coordinate visitor access, security procedures, and office pass where required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable always.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record management.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support daily office operations.
  • Assist with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and company events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and support general office administration.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the wider business as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or administrative role within the retail sector.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing busy reception areas and handling multiple phone lines is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are advantageous.
