Our client is looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of their business. Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead business operations, drive process improvements, and overall office management. You will also be responsible for HR and compliance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing financial services environment.

 

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the daily running of the business.
  • Support the Directors with operational initiatives.
  • Improve and streamline business processes.
  • Manage HR, recruitment and staff administration.
  • Lead and support a team of 10–15 employees.
  • Assist with payroll, reporting and finance administration.
  • Support compliance and file management.
  • Coordinate operational and office projects.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies and suppliers.
  • Maintain business systems and technology.

 

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in Office or Operations Management, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and compliance.
  • Proven experience improving processes and workflows.
  • Confident managing teams and supporting senior leadership.
  • Comfortable supporting payroll, reporting and financial administration.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to develop your career.
