We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to join a growing senior leadership team. This is a strategic role focused on managing key commercial partnerships, driving sustainable growth, and developing a portfolio of high-value accounts within the hospitality sector. You will lead commercial negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and help shape long-term client strategy.
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop account growth strategies to drive revenue.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
- Support major tenders and commercial proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Lead strategic account reviews and planning.
- Balance revenue growth with commercial performance.
- Share best practice across the commercial team.
Who you are:
- Significant experience in a senior Account Management, Commercial or Relationship Management role.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing key client accounts.
- Confident negotiating commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Track record of growing strategic client relationships.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within hospitality, food & beverage is beneficial, but not essential.
- Willing to travel nationally when required.
