Executive Assistant / Property Manager
Location: Marylebone, London
Working Schedule: Office-based, Monday–Friday

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Property Manager for a high-end property development and management company based in Marylebone, London.
The company manages a prestigious portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Central London and is looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual to provide a blend of executive support to the Principal alongside overseeing property and facilities management responsibilities.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is calm, level-headed, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate requirements, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a forward thinker with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance
- Providing proactive executive support to the Principal
- Anticipating needs and managing priorities effectively
- Coordinating schedules, communications, and day-to-day requirements
- Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with accuracy and discretion
- Providing personal support when required
- Acting as a trusted point of contact
Property & Facilities Management
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, suppliers, and cleaning teams
- Managing contractor relationships and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Overseeing furniture, storage, inventory, and property-related requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, compliance documentation, and schedules
Procurement & Administration
- Sourcing, negotiating, and bulk ordering materials, furniture, and property supplies
- Building strong supplier relationships and ensuring best value
- Supporting invoice management and administrative processes
- Maintaining organised records and assisting with operational reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within executive assistance, property management, facilities management, administration, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- Calm, composed, and confident working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and able to build strong relationships
- Commercially aware with confidence negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate requirements
- Strong IT skills and confidence using technology and social media platforms
