Studio Manager

£110 - £130 per day

Temp | ASAP Start

Old Street, London

A vibrant and creative advertising agency based in London is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and proactive Studio Manager/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, starting next Monday.

Working alongside another Receptionist, you'll be part of a collaborative front-of-house team, ensuring the studio runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is far more than a traditional reception role – you'll become a key part of the business, gaining exposure to different departments and playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of a thriving creative agency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a customer-facing background who is looking to gain experience within a professional and creative environment. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. If you enjoy building relationships, love variety, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders with a warm and professional approach.
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring the front of house always looks its best.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Organising couriers, post, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Providing administrative support across the business.
  • Assisting with office events, hospitality, and facilities coordination.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks to keep the studio running seamlessly.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 12 months' experience in a Reception, Front of House, Hospitality, Retail, or other customer-facing role.
  • A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A polished and professional presentation.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and grow within a creative business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
