Executive Assistant to C-Suite | Perm | £75,000 - £80,000 | Hybrid working | West-End
A highly regarded investment management firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join its London office, supporting a dynamic C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced EA who thrives on building trusted relationships, anticipating needs before they arise and operating with complete discretion. Working at the heart of the business, you will become a true extension of your executive, ensuring their time is optimised while providing seamless support across a broad range of business activities.
The Role
- Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Managing inboxes, prioritising communications and acting as a trusted gatekeeper
- Preparing meeting packs, board papers, presentations and briefing documents
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, investors and external partners
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, events and off-sites
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting on strategic projects and ad hoc business initiatives
- Building strong relationships across the wider business and acting as a key point of contact
Candidate Requirements
You will be an accomplished Executive Assistant with experience supporting C-Suite executives within a fast-paced financial services environment. You are proactive, highly organised and naturally one step ahead, with the confidence to make decisions, manage competing priorities and build credibility with stakeholders at every level.
You'll bring exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Above all, you will enjoy working as a genuine business partner to your executive and take pride in delivering first-class support.
