Role: Project Officer – Finance Transformation
Salary: £35k - £45k
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: 12-month FTC

We are seeking an organised, proactive and hands-on Project Officer to join the Finance Transformation team of a successful investment firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of several key finance and business transformation initiatives, working closely with teams across the business to help drive operational improvements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, internal stakeholders, external consultants and third-party partners to coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully. This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across a range of finance transformation projects
• Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs and status updates
• Organise project meetings, workshops and track actions through to completion
• Support project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate activities between business teams, technology teams, consultants and external partners
• Assist with project documentation, change activities and implementation support
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the firm
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working

Who You Are

• 3+ years’ experience within a Project Coordinator or Project Officer role
• Experience supporting business, finance or technology transformation projects
• Prince2 qualification or similar project management certification is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
