We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic-Speaking Sales Executive to join a Manufacturing company in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and expanding business opportunities across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer requirements.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Travel internationally as required to meet clients and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in the paper and board industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
