A fast-growing FMCG company based in the heart of London is looking for an Administrator to join its Marketing team, supporting an exciting project through to the beginning of October.
Working alongside the Marketing and Brand Activation teams, you'll play an integral role in ensuring a key marketing campaign runs smoothly. You'll be part of a collaborative and creative environment, providing essential administrative support while helping to deliver an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
This is much more than a traditional administration role. You'll gain exposure to different areas of the business, work closely with experienced marketing professionals, and develop valuable commercial experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior administrator looking to gain hands-on experience within a professional and creative organisation. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. If you enjoy building relationships, love variety, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaising with and engaging external stakeholders.
- Managing a busy inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting the Marketing team with campaign outreach.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Coordinating couriers, post, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Providing administrative support across the wider business.
- Assisting with office events, hospitality, and facilities coordination.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the campaign and office run smoothly.
What we're looking for:
- At least 12 months' experience in an Administration, Reception, Customer Service, or similar customer-facing role.
- A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A polished and professional manner.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and prioritise workload.
- A genuine enthusiasm to learn, develop, and build a career within marketing or a creative environment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
