Tiger is partnering with a private family based in Florida who is seeking an experienced and highly reliable Executive Housekeeper / Cook to oversee the daily operation and care of their residence.

This is a live-out, hands-on, full-charge role for a polished household professional who takes pride in maintaining a home to exceptional standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the residence, ensuring the home is consistently organized, immaculate, and fully prepared around the family’s schedule and preferences.

The role offers a high level of ownership and autonomy, with responsibility spanning detailed housekeeping, light cooking, household organization, vendor coordination, travel preparation, and general residence support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and comfortable independently managing the needs of a private household while maintaining the highest levels of service and confidentiality.

The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Director of Residences and will occasionally support family travel, either accompanying the family on location or remaining at the residence to maintain the home and provide care for the family dogs while they are away.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage all aspects of daily housekeeping and upkeep of the residence to an exceptional standard.
  • Maintain and care for fine finishes, furnishings, artwork, and specialty surfaces using appropriate methods and products.
  • Ensure the home remains organized, polished, and guest-ready while anticipating the family’s routines and preferences.
  • Prepare simple family meals as needed, adapting to dietary preferences, schedules, and household needs.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including provisioning, pantry management, inventory, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
  • Coordinate access for household vendors and service providers, ensuring appointments run smoothly while maintaining discretion and security.
  • Work closely with the Director of Residences regarding household priorities, maintenance needs, vendor schedules, and overall residence operations.
  • Prepare the residence for family travel, including packing, organizing, and staging household items and bins for shipment.
  • Provide occasional travel support with the family as requested.
  • Maintain the residence and provide basic care for family dogs when the family is traveling.
  • Proactively identify household needs and implement solutions before issues arise.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced Executive Housekeeper, House Manager, or full-charge housekeeper with 7+ years supporting a private high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth residence.
  • Experienced maintaining luxury homes with exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of caring for fine finishes, furnishings, and valuable belongings.
  • Comfortable preparing simple meals and independently managing kitchen organization and household provisioning.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential household matters.
  • Comfortable working around dogs and providing basic pet care.
  • Flexible and willing to travel occasionally as needed.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with excellent judgment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
