Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny to join an international UHNW family based in Monaco and Spain providing dedicated care and support to their bright and engaging 8-year-old daughter.

This is a fully staffed household, and the successful candidate will be warm, proactive, highly organised and discreet, with the ability to work seamlessly alongside an established team. The role offers extensive international travel and would suit a career nanny who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Schedule

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota

• Full flexibility required whilst on duty

• Extensive international travel throughout the year

• Accommodation provided whilst travelling and during working rotations

Key Responsibilities

• Providing sole-charge care for an 8-year-old girl

• Supporting her educational development, daily routines and overall wellbeing

• Assisting with schoolwork and encouraging her English language development

• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities both at home and whilst travelling

• Managing packing, scheduling and logistics for frequent international travel

• Working collaboratively with parents, household staff, tutors and wider support teams

Candidate Requirements

• Significant experience as a career nanny within UHNW private households

• Previous rota and international travel experience is highly desirable

• Fluent English is essential, as English is the child's primary language of education

• Fluency in German, Spanish or English is required

• An EU passport is essential due to the family's travel requirements

• Professional, adaptable, discreet and confident working across multiple residences and time zones

• Immaculately presented with excellent communication and organisational skills
