Title: Part-Time Housekeeper – Deep Cleaning & Laundry

Salary: $40–$50 per hour (DOE) | Approximately $30,000–$52,000 annualized

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with the flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as needed.

Tiger is partnering with a private family based in Florida who is seeking an experienced and highly reliable Part-Time Housekeeper to provide focused support with deep cleaning, laundry, organization, and household stocking.

This is a live-out, hands-on role for a polished household professional who takes pride in maintaining a home to exceptional standards. Working alongside the Executive Housekeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible for the more time-intensive detail work required to keep the residence consistently organized, immaculate, and running efficiently.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and ownership within its scope, with responsibility spanning deep cleaning, laundry and garment care, household organization, inventory management, and general residence support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and comfortable working independently while maintaining the highest levels of service and confidentiality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform deep and detail cleaning of the residence on a rotating schedule, focusing on areas and tasks beyond the daily housekeeping routine.

• Handle laundry and ironing, including the care of fine garments, linens, and specialty fabrics.

• Organize closets, pantries, storage areas, and household systems, maintaining order and appropriate labeling throughout the home.

• Monitor and restock household, pantry, and cleaning supplies, communicating replenishment needs to the Executive Housekeeper.

• Support the Executive Housekeeper during entertaining, travel preparation, seasonal turnovers, and other household projects as needed.

• Assist with maintaining household standards and ensuring all spaces remain polished and well-presented.

• Provide occasional additional support outside of regular scheduled hours when household needs arise.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced private housekeeper with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a private residence or similar high-standard environment.

• Skilled in deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and the care of fine garments and household linens.

• Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently while following established household standards and checklists.

• Exceptionally organized with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to household tasks.

• Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a private family environment.

• Flexible and willing to occasionally work additional hours when required.
