Title: Property Manager / House Manager  

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger is partnered with a UHNWH in Austin, Texas that is currently looking for a Property Manager / House Manager.  This person would have responsibility around the property, with vendors and inside the residence. Candidates must have worked within an UHNWH before for at least a few years in the Austin area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full household management at the primary residence
• Proactively maintaining stock of all supplies
• Personal errands, concierge services, trip packing and unpacking
• Pet care coordination for two small family dogs
• Plan and execute private gatherings
• Partner with the property management team overseeing the family's second out of state residence
• Provide daily reporting to the Chief of Staff
• Coordinate household expenses and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in a similar Household Manager or Property Manager role
• Experience in a UHNWH
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills  
• Strong working knowledge of home systems  
• Strong technical proficiency with centralized tracking systems
• ClickUp experience
• Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable vehicle, and comfort driving high-value automobiles.
• Able to lift to 40 lbs.
