This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong construction professional with experience delivering civil construction projects in the UAE. Fluency in either Russian or Turkish is essential for this position, as you will be working closely with international stakeholders and project teams.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising construction activities, coordinating contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and industrial construction projects from execution through to handover.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, programme, quality, and costs.
• Review Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection reports, and site records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and construction clashes.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Russian or Turkish (essential).
• Previous UAE construction experience is essential.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, engineering drawings, and UAE building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
