Business Development Manager | Remote | 12pm - 9pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing international business, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships across a portfolio of industry-leading events. 

Salary: £40-50k plus commission

Location: Remote

Hours: 12pm – 9pm

What You'll Do

• Identify, develop and secure new sponsorship, membership and partnership opportunities across a portfolio of international executive events.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
• Research new markets and identify opportunities to support business growth.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and partnership pitches.
• Work closely with marketing, research and operations teams to onboard new partners.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the CRM system.
• Represent the business at industry events and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.

Who You Are

• At least three years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience within events, conferences, media or the technology sector is advantageous.
• Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Willing to travel internationally when required.
