Events & Partnerships Assistant

Role: Events & Partnerships Assistant
Salary: £40k – £50k per annum
London: London, Central – Piccadilly
Hours: Full-time
Set up: 3 days in the office, 2 WFH
Contract: 24-month FTC

We are seeking a personable, organised and proactive Events & Partnerships Assistant to support the Director at an international business network connecting businesses and professionals across the UK and Europe.

This is a varied role combining executive support, events and relationship management. The successful candidate will be confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable representing the organisation externally and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide diary, meeting and general administrative support to the Market Director
  • Assist with reporting, coordination and day-to-day organisation
  • Plan and coordinate business, networking and partnership events
  • Manage registrations, communications and event logistics
  • Build relationships with partners, businesses and external stakeholders
  • Represent the network at selected events and networking opportunities
  • Manage CRM and event platforms, including Salesforce and Luma
  • Assist with expenses and budget tracking

Who You Are

  • Experience within an EA, events, partnerships or coordination role
  • Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • IT savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An understanding of business cultures in different regions and countries, particularly the APAC region.
