Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Permanent Housekeeper to join the household team of a young UHNW couple based in Mayfair, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, detail-oriented Housekeeper looking for a long-term position within a modern and well-run private household. The primary focus of the role is maintaining the residence to an exceptionally high standard at all times, ensuring the property is beautifully presented and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the entire residence to an impeccable standard

• Carrying out all daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry and ironing

• Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are consistently presented to the highest standard

• Taking excellent care of furnishings, finishes and household items

• Proactively identifying and reporting any maintenance or household issues to the House Manager

• Supporting with household organisation and ad hoc duties when required

• Working closely with the House Manager and wider household team to ensure the smooth running of the property

• Providing cover and travelling when the Travelling Housekeeper is on annual leave

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Housekeeper within a private UHNW households is essential

• Exceptional housekeeping and laundry skills

• Immaculate attention to detail and pride in maintaining a home to the highest standards

• Proactive and able to identify issues before they become problems

• Reliable, discreet and highly professional

• Flexible and comfortable working as part of a small household team

• A genuine “can-do” attitude and willingness to assist with ad hoc duties

• Comfortable travelling when required to provide holiday cover for the Travelling Housekeeper

• And pet friendly, looking after a friendly golden retriever 

Schedule

When guests are in residence:
Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–3:00pm

Guests are expected to be in residence for up to approximately 90 days per year.

When the house is empty:
Flexible working hours, 8 hours per day, 4 days per week.

Travel

The role is primarily London-based, with travel required only when providing annual leave cover for the Travelling Housekeeper.
