Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking a bright, digitally savvy and highly organised Private PA to support a young Principal working within the creative industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career PA who is looking to gain valuable experience working directly with a dynamic Principal in a creative and entrepreneurial environment.

The role is designed to take care of the Principal’s day-to-day administration, allowing her to free up valuable mental space and focus fully on her creative work. The successful candidate will become a trusted and integral part of her working routine, providing calm, practical and proactive support across her personal administration.

The role will be primarily in person at the Principal’s home in Bayswater/Westbourne Grove working closely together in a relaxed but professional environment. When the Principal is travelling for work, the role can be carried out remotely, with working hours potentially reduced depending on the Principal’s schedule (with notice).

Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day PA and administrative support to the Principal

  • Managing emails, correspondence and general communications

  • Organising and maintaining calendars, appointments and schedules

  • Assisting with personal and professional organisation

  • Managing bookings, reservations and travel arrangements when required

  • Helping with occasional financial administration and expense tracking

  • Preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations where needed

  • Using AI and digital tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency

  • Keeping the Principal organised and ensuring smaller tasks do not become distractions

  • Anticipating needs and taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked

You will ideally be:

  • Digitally native and highly comfortable with technology

  • Confident using AI tools and keen to explore new ways of working efficiently

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, resourceful and able to use initiative

  • Warm, personable and easy to work with

  • Discreet and comfortable handling highly confidential information

  • A clear and confident communicator

  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to get involved across a variety of tasks

  • Professional and trustworthy, with a genuine understanding of boundaries when working within a private home

Schedule

3–4 mornings per week, approximately 4 hours per day

The role will primarily be based in person at the Principal’s home in Bayswater.

When the Principal is travelling for work, the role can be undertaken remotely and working hours may be reduced depending on requirements.
