Role: Travelling Senior EA / Private PA (Chief of Staff Scope)
Bali-based or relocation to Bali | Extensive International Travel
Salary: £80,000–£100,000+ DOE
We are working with a highly successful international principal to find an exceptional Travelling Senior EA / Private PA to act as a true right-hand across business, operations and private life.
This is a unique and highly varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is looking to build a long-term career at the senior end of EA, Private PA and Chief of Staff support.
The successful candidate will be based in Bali or willing to relocate, with significant time also spent in Rome. Accommodation will be provided in both locations, alongside all work-related travel expenses. The role will also involve regular international travel across Europe, Asia and occasionally the US, including destinations such as India and Indonesia.
The Role
This is not a traditional PA position. The successful candidate will work closely with the principal as a trusted right-hand, taking ownership across a broad range of business, operational and private responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing and prioritising a complex inbox and acting as a key point of contact across business and private matters

Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of the principal

Coordinating legal and litigation-related matters, liaising with external counsel and ensuring key deadlines and deliverables are tracked

Providing high-level EA support, including complex diary and international travel management

Supporting across wider business operations, projects and day-to-day priorities

Managing a variety of private and personal matters, including family logistics and household coordination

Liaising with household staff, external suppliers and other key stakeholders across multiple locations

Acting as a trusted right-hand and ensuring priorities are moving forward across an ever-changing and international schedule
About You
We are looking for a highly capable, intelligent and adaptable individual who is comfortable operating at a senior level and managing a broad and often fast-moving workload.
You may come from a background in senior EA, Private PA, Chief of Staff, family office, legal operations, management consulting or another similarly demanding environment.
You will ideally have:

Extensive experience supporting a senior principal, founder, C-suite executive or private/family office

Exposure to legal, litigation or complex multi-jurisdictional matters, with the ability to confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Strong international experience and a genuine familiarity with working, living or travelling extensively across Asia-Pacific

Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to draft clear, polished correspondence on behalf of a senior principal

Excellent judgement, discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership and make things happen

The ability to work comfortably across both business and private matters within a family environment

Experience coordinating with household staff, suppliers or private service providers would be advantageous

Fluent English is essential, with Italian language skills highly desirable

The flexibility and passport eligibility to travel regularly and internationally

A genuine enthusiasm for extensive travel and the adaptability to work across multiple locations and time zones
