Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE (Live-out) - The role is only open to the EU passport holders
We are seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Bilingual House Manager to oversee the full operations of an ultra-luxury private residence in Dubai. This is a newly created role, requiring a confident self-starter with proven expertise in establishing first-class household standards, implementing new systems, and leading a professional domestic team.
Languages: Italian, Spanish or French + English. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day management of the household, ensuring service excellence, discretion, and operational efficiency at all times. A background in top-tier hospitality (5-star hotel or luxury resorts) and/or extensive experience working within UHNW private households globally is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full operational oversight of a high-end private residence, ensuring impeccable standards throughout
• Recruitment, training, and management of a household team of approximately 10 staff
• Implementation of new household systems, protocols, and service procedures
• Establishing clear structures, workflows, and staff schedules to optimise performance
• Managing household budgets, vendor contracts, and external service providers
• Coordinating maintenance, property management, and special projects as required
• Acting as the main point of contact for the Principals, ensuring seamless lifestyle support
• Ensuring complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Candidate Profile:
•Proven experience as a House Manager within a UHNW environment or luxury hospitality leadership role
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
• Experienced in managing and motivating large domestic teams•
Polished, service-driven, highly organised, and proactive
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with high expectations
• Italian, Spanish, or French nationality/language skills highly desirable
