Our client is looking for a Disaster Recovery Senior Associate to support and strengthen its IT disaster recovery capabilities, ensuring critical systems and data can be recovered quickly and reliably in the event of an outage, disruption, or disaster.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
• Configure and maintain DR solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
• Work with AWS and Azure, including AWS Backup and Azure Site Recovery
• Coordinate and participate in DR testing, failover simulations, and tabletop exercises
• Monitor RTOs and RPOs across critical IT systems
• Maintain DR asset inventories, recovery procedures, and configuration records
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams
• Support recovery activities during actual DR and crisis events
• Identify gaps and drive remediation to improve overall DR readiness
• Leverage AI-powered monitoring and automation tools to improve backup verification and recovery testing
