Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 5-8+ years of experience to lead the creation of compelling visual content across branding, digital, motion, print, and marketing disciplines. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on design expertise with creative direction and team leadership, translating business goals into cohesive visual strategies while managing client relationships and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Technical Design

• Create complete brand books, logos, typography systems, and comprehensive style guides for visual branding and identity projects.
• Design responsive websites, mobile app interfaces, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
• Produce dynamic video content, animated social assets, title sequences, and kinetic typography.
• Engineer structural packaging, point-of-sale displays, large-format event graphics, and premium editorial layouts.
• Develop cross-platform campaign assets, high-converting social media creatives, and digital ad suites for marketing and advertising initiatives.

Strategic & Leadership

• Translate complex business goals into cohesive visual strategies and guide the artistic vision of projects from concept through delivery.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, assigning workflows and conducting constructive design reviews.
• Pitch creative concepts, manage client and stakeholder feedback loops, and align visuals with corporate strategy.
• Oversee production pipelines, manage assets, and meet tight deadlines across multiple accounts.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio spanning branding, digital/UI-UX, motion graphics, print, and marketing design.
• Proven creative direction experience, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior designers within a team environment.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience pitching concepts and managing feedback loops.
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to oversee production pipelines and meet tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
