A Senior Graphic Designer is required to join a premium creative team in Abu Dhabi.

You will provide creative execution across a broad range of design disciplines and will deputise for the Senior Graphic Design Manager when required, ensuring senior creative judgement and approval capability are maintained across the team's shift structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, creative design solutions across executive presentations, infographics, publications, custom maps, illustrations and corporate communications.
• Transform complex information into clear, compelling and visually engaging content.
• Develop presentation templates, iconography, diagrams and reusable visual systems.
• Create custom maps, spatial graphics, charts, timelines, process flows and visual storytelling assets.
• Produce premium-quality brochures, reports, booklets and other print and digital publications.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into exceptional creative outputs.
• Maintain consistently high standards of typography, layout, image treatment and visual storytelling.
• Deputise for the Senior Graphic Design Manager, providing creative guidance, reviewing work and supporting team decisions when required.
• Take responsibility for complex or high-profile projects and provide guidance to other designers.
• Ensure all deliverables meet professional production standards across digital and print formats.
• Work effectively within a rotating shift structure, including evenings and weekends where required.
• Support bilingual design requirements, ensuring consistent quality across Arabic and English, including Arabic typography, right-to-left typesetting and bilingual layouts.

Experience & Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, ideally within a premium agency, corporate or executive facing environment.
• An portfolio demonstrating strong capability across presentations, infographics, publications, maps and visual communications.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex design projects from concept through to final production.
• Strong creative judgement and the confidence to provide guidance and creative direction to other designers.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and other professional design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Able to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation or video editing would be advantageous.
