Job Description

Are you bright, ambitious and looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely learn, develop and grow alongside an exciting business?

We are looking for a high-potential Executive Assistant to join a rapidly growing organisation operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, data and life sciences.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career who wants far more than a traditional support role. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will gain exposure to how a fast-growing business operates and play a key role in supporting the company's next phase of growth.

This role would suit someone who is hungry to learn, naturally curious, highly organised and excited by the idea of getting involved in a huge variety of projects. You won't be expected to know everything from day one — what's most important is your attitude, intelligence, initiative and willingness to get stuck in.

Canary Wharf, London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office | £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience

What you'll do:

Supporting the CEO, you will be involved in a varied and fast-paced mix of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and day-to-day priorities
  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring actions are followed through
  • Conducting research on companies, markets and potential opportunities
  • Supporting business development and commercial projects
  • Assisting with presentations, proposals and stakeholder communications
  • Helping to coordinate strategic projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Working closely with senior leaders and gaining exposure to high-level decision-making
  • Getting involved wherever needed as the business continues to grow

This is a role where no two days will look the same. You'll need to be comfortable spinning lots of plates, taking ownership and occasionally figuring things out as you go.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone with around 1–3 years' experience in a professional environment. You may currently be working as an EA, Team Assistant, PA, Executive Assistant or in a highly organised coordination role and be looking for your next big opportunity.

You will ideally have:

  • A degree and a strong academic background
  • Around 2 years' professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and brilliant attention to detail
  • A naturally proactive and resourceful approach
  • Confidence working with senior people
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
  • A genuine interest in business, strategy and how companies grow
  • The ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is bright, switched-on, ambitious and wants to build a career within a growing organisation.

Why apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a pivotal point in its growth journey.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to areas including business strategy, commercial development, partnerships and organisational growth, and have the opportunity to develop your career as the company continues to expand.

For the right person, this isn't simply an EA role — it's an opportunity to build an incredibly broad skill set, learn directly from senior leaders and become an important part of an ambitious, growing business.

If you're someone who is early in your career but thinking big, enjoys being busy and wants an opportunity where you can genuinely make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
