Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Egyptian native Nanny, fluent in Arabic, to join a UHNW private household in Knightsbridge, London, caring for four school-aged children.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a warm, engaging and experienced Nanny who is passionate about Egyptian culture, language and heritage. The Principals are keen for their children to maintain a strong connection to their Egyptian roots and are looking for a Nanny who can naturally incorporate this into their everyday lives.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working as a nanny and be expected to speak exclusively in Arabic with the children, creating an immersive Arabic-speaking environment and helping them to develop and maintain their fluency. Beyond language, the Nanny will play an important role in introducing the children to Egyptian traditions, history, culture, food, music, stories and customs, ensuring they grow up with a meaningful understanding and appreciation of their heritage.
The Role
The Nanny will take responsibility for the children's daily care and routines, working closely with the parents and wider household team to ensure the children are happy, well cared for and supported in their development.
Key responsibilities will include:

Providing warm, attentive and age-appropriate care for four school-aged children.

Speaking Arabic exclusively with the children and creating a consistent Arabic-speaking environment.

Supporting the children in developing their Arabic vocabulary, conversation and confidence.

Sharing Egyptian culture and heritage through stories, traditions, music, food, history, celebrations and age-appropriate activities.

Helping the children develop a genuine connection to their Egyptian identity and family heritage.

Managing school runs, activities, appointments and children's daily schedules.

Supporting homework, reading and educational activities as required.

Organising engaging, creative and educational activities in both English and Arabic where appropriate, while maintaining Arabic as the primary language of communication.

Accompanying the children to after-school activities, playdates and outings.

Preparing children's meals and snacks where required, with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious food.

Encouraging good manners, independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Maintaining the children's routines and ensuring a calm, structured and nurturing environment.

Travelling with the family when required, if applicable.

Working collaboratively with the parents and wider household staff.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be an Egyptian native, with completely fluent Arabic and a genuine passion for sharing their culture and heritage with children.
They will ideally have:

Previous professional experience as a Nanny, Governess or childcare professional within a private household.

Experience caring for multiple school-aged children.

Native-level Egyptian Arabic and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with children.
