Executive Personal Assistant - UHNW Family
Job Description
Tiger Private is looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to support a UHNW family within a highly established and fully staffed private household.
Working alongside another Executive Personal Assistant and closely with the Family Office, this is a varied, fast-paced role requiring someone highly organised, discreet and genuinely proactive. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between the family, household team, security and external providers, anticipating requirements and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
When the Principals are in residence, the role will require a hands-on presence; when they are away, the majority of support can be provided remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex and frequently changing family diaries, appointments and schedules
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including flights, private aviation, accommodation, chauffeurs, itineraries and contingency planning
- Liaising closely with household staff, Security, Drivers and the wider private team
- Coordinating family activities, appointments and day-to-day lifestyle requirements
- Managing restaurant reservations, tickets, events and other leisure arrangements
- Personal shopping, gifting, ordering items and managing returns, exchanges and refunds
- Managing expenses, invoices, payments and general household financial administration
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers, ensuring requests are followed through and completed to the required standard
- Supporting property matters, house moves, renovations, private events and other ad hoc projects
- Managing confidential correspondence, records, filing and general personal administration
- Maintaining excellent shared systems and providing comprehensive handovers between the two PAs
Equestrian responsibilities will also form part of the position and will include:
- Liaising with stables, trainers and grooms in the UK and overseas
- Coordinating UK and international show entries, schedules, travel and competition logistics around the wider family calendar
- Arranging horse and pony transport between yards and competitions, including international arrangements where required
- Coordinating stabling and livery requirements and assisting with changes of yards/providers
- Ordering and managing tack, equipment and riding clothing
- Coordinating veterinary appointments, pre-purchase vetting and equestrian-related payments
- Maintaining relevant registrations, competition entries and equestrian documentation
- Liaising with Security and Drivers around riding lessons, shows and stable visits
The successful candidate will have substantial experience supporting a UHNW individual or family within a private household or Family Office environment. You will be accustomed to working alongside a wider household team and confident coordinating multiple moving parts while remaining calm and solutions-focused.
This is not a purely reactive PA role. The family is looking for someone who anticipates requirements, takes ownership and identifies potential issues before they arise. You should be comfortable managing expectations diplomatically, improving ways of working and bringing practical solutions rather than simply escalating problems.
Previous equestrian experience would be highly advantageous, although we are equally interested in exceptional PAs who are confident taking ownership of this area and learning the technical aspects required.
A full clean UK driving licence and UK right to work are essential.
Working parent: This is a job-share position, with two EAs working on a rota to provide seamless support across seven days a week. Excellent communication and detailed handovers between the two EAs will be essential. The rota is designed to offer flexibility and can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Weekend cover rotates between the EAs and is remote, with two weekdays off following the weekend worked. There is also scope for additional junior PA/Runner support should further resource be required.
