Private VIP & Family Chauffeur 

Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a private family in Dubai seeking an experienced, professional and highly discreet VIP & Family Chauffeur for a long term position.

Only candidates in the UAE can be considered.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting high profile individuals or private households, with a strong understanding of luxury chauffeur services, exceptional driving standards and the discretion required when working within a private family environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and professional transportation for family members, children and guests.

• Chauffeur the family in a Mercedes-Maybach, ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety and service.

• Plan journeys efficiently, anticipating traffic conditions and ensuring punctual arrivals.

• Assist passengers with luggage, shopping and other requirements as needed.

• Maintain the vehicle in immaculate condition, overseeing cleaning, servicing and general maintenance.

• Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, airport transfers and other transportation requirements.

• Undertake errands, collections and deliveries as required.

• Ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed when transporting children, including the correct use of child car seats.

• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family's personal affairs, movements and activities.

• Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Candidate Requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record.

• A minimum of five years' driving experience in the UAE is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Private Family Chauffeur, VIP Driver or Executive Chauffeur is essential.

• Experience driving premium luxury vehicles, ideally Mercedes-Maybach or comparable models.

• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's roads, key locations and traffic patterns.

• A confident, safety-conscious driver with a smooth and professional driving style.

• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional approach to service.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Discreet, trustworthy, punctual and highly dependable.

• Comfortable working in a private family environment, including transporting young children.

• Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent references from previous employers.

• Defensive driving or first-aid training would be advantageous.

Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience
