Team Executive Assistant – Private Equity

£60,000 - £70,000

Mayfair

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Team Executive Assistant to support a busy, high-performing deal team within a fast-paced private equity environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to work closely with investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, gaining exposure to deal execution, fundraising and portfolio management. The role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing competing priorities and takes pride in providing exceptional support to a demanding team.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to a busy investment team
  • Proactively manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings
  • Organising all travel and logistics
  • Assist with the coordination of live transactions, including scheduling deal meetings, managing calendars around key milestones, preparing meeting materials and maintaining accurate records
  • Help facilitate engagement with portfolio companies, coordinating board meetings, managing calendars and logistics, preparing meeting packs and supporting the team with ongoing portfolio-related activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, investors, advisers and portfolio company management teams
  • Support the smooth running of the wider team, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are managed effectively
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the investment team

What you’ll need:

  • Some previous experience as a Team EA supporting a fast-paced, demanding team, ideally within private equity, investment banking or financial services
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Discreet and professional, with experience handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • An interest in private equity and the investment lifecycle, with enthusiasm for gaining exposure to deals, fundraising and portfolio company activities

Why Join?

This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a busy investment team, working closely with senior professionals and gaining valuable insight into the private equity industry. Alongside providing core EA support, the successful candidate will have exposure to fundraising, live transactions and portfolio company management, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in an investment-led environment.
