We are therefore seeking an experienced UAE National candidate from a similar environment or government entity.

You will oversee all operational aspects of the foundation, support the General Manager to lead a team, and ensure the effective delivery of its objectives and services.

This is a leadership position requiring someone comfortable reporting directly to senior management and contributing to strategic discussions, supporting key decision-making, and ensuring operational priorities align with the foundation’s wider goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effective service delivery.
• Lead, manage and develop a team, providing direction and ensuring accountability across functions.
• Work closely with C-suite leadership and the Board on strategic and operational matters.
• Support the implementation of organisational objectives, policies, and operational plans.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational effectiveness.
• Ensure activities are aligned with the foundation’s mission and commitment to supporting those in need across the UAE.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Strong Arabic communication skills and exceptionally good English proficiency.
• Demonstrable experience in team leadership and overseeing broad operational functions.
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.
