  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
  • Start: ASAP

We are partnering with a boutique real estate investment management company, with international offices and a London headquarters, to recruit an outstanding Office Manager. This is a key hire for our client, and they would like the successful candidate to start on a temporary basis before converting to permanent.

We are looking for someone who can truly take ownership of the office and become a trusted member of a high-performing team. Your role will cover front of house duties, day-to-day office management, reception and PA support to the team. It will suit someone highly organised who enjoys being hands-on, spotting what needs doing, and putting structure and processes in place.

Key responsibilities

Front of house

  • Managing reception, guest experience, calls and visitors
  • Managing the main meeting room and all bookings
  • Setting up meetings and ensuring the office is consistently tidy, organised and well presented
  • Ordering office supplies, weekly team lunches and refreshments

Office management

  • Managing printers, post, couriers and invoices
  • Printing, preparing and collating documents to a high standard
  • Assisting with admin, expenses and scanning
  • Providing first-line IT support and liaising with external providers
  • Identifying gaps, improving processes and bringing structure to the office

Team support

  • Scheduling for executives and handling time-sensitive tasks with speed, accuracy and discretion
  • Ad hoc support as required

About you

You will have experience in a similar office-based role covering front of house, office management and team support, and you’ll be confident in a corporate environment. You will be:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Bright, energetic and engaging
  • Highly organised and naturally proactive
  • Calm, capable and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Discreet, hardworking and professional
  • A people person with a genuine desire to support and look after others
