We are seeking an experienced and professional Russian-speaking Yacht Captain to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a private yacht in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong navigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service while ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate the yacht in accordance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee daily yacht operations, including navigation, docking, mooring, and vessel maintenance.
• Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate servicing and repairs when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE maritime regulations, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for owners and guests on board.
• Coordinate with marina authorities, service providers, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate vessel logs, safety records, and required documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Yacht Captain or in a similar maritime role.
• Fluency in Russian and good English communication skills.
• Valid and relevant maritime captain's licence and certifications appropriate for the yacht's size and operating area.
• Strong knowledge of navigation, maritime safety procedures, and yacht operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
