Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, discreet and highly organised Private PA to support a HNW couple across their personal affairs, their UK advisory and investment company, and their UK properties. This is a varied, full-time hybrid role, split roughly 70% private and 30% business.

You will be the principals’ central point of contact, working mostly remotely, with one day a week at their Bayswater home in London and around one day every two weeks at their Haslemere property in Surrey. The couple spend about four months of the year at their residence in Ibiza, so you will need the flexibility to keep a close eye on the UK properties while they are away

On the personal side, you will run day-to-day life behind the scenes: correspondence, appointments, travel, bills and insurance, as well as coordinating suppliers and services across the family properties. On the business side, you will support their advisory and investment company with banking administration, including preparing payments, invoices, expenses and financial records. You will liaise with accountants, banks, lawyers and other advisers, and keep company documentation in order. On the property side, you will oversee administration and maintenance at both UK homes. This covers coordinating rentals, tenants or guests, contractors, utilities and property spend, managing the gardener and housekeeper, and attending the properties when needed.

Digital fluency is essential. You will be highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets), WhatsApp, cloud-based administration and AI tools such as ChatGPT. Experience using AI and automation to make administration more efficient, and building well-organised digital systems, will set you apart.

You will have substantial experience supporting an entrepreneur, high-net-worth individual or family office. You are resourceful, trustworthy and comfortable working independently across a varied workload. A driving licence and access to a car are desirable.

Full-time, hybrid, with attendance in London and Haslemere as required. Salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
