Temporary Experienced Bartender – Private Members’ Club, Central London

Temporary | Mid November to 23 December (potential to extend into January) | Monday to Friday

Our client, a prestigious and long-established private members’ club in Central London, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their team on a temporary basis through the busy festive season.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic setting, delivering discreet and exceptional service to a distinguished membership. You’ll join a friendly, close-knit bar team from mid-November until the Club closes for Christmas on 23 December, with the possibility of extending into January.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, on either a 12pm–8pm or 4pm–12am shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving drinks, including classic cocktails, wines and spirits, to an exceptional standard
• Delivering warm, discreet and personalised service to members and their guests
• Getting to know members’ preferences and anticipating their needs
• Setting up, stocking and closing down the bar each shift
• Keeping the bar immaculate and following hygiene, licensing and health & safety standards
• Supporting with stock checks and deliveries as needed
• Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team during busy festive service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years’ bartending experience in a luxury or private members’ environment (essential)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits
• Polished presentation with a warm, discreet manner
• Calm and efficient under pressure
• Reliable and flexible across day and evening shifts
• Available to start in mid to late November and work through to 23 December
