What you'll do:
- Manage a busy executive diary, inbox and meeting schedule, coordinating priorities across different time zones.

- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas and supporting documents ahead of appointments.
- Manage communications and ensure important actions and follow-ups are captured and completed.
- Coordinate daily check-ins, track outstanding tasks and keep senior leadership updated on key priorities.
- Oversee administrative processes, including supplier invoices, expenses and approvals.
- Support the smooth running of the office, including meeting room bookings, facilities and supplies.
- Coordinate team calendars, internal meetings and general team administration.
- Assist with contractor onboarding and maintaining organised administrative systems.
- Use digital tools to capture information, manage actions and support effective communication across the business.
Who you are:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- A quick learner who is confident using initiative, asking questions and speaking up when needed.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- Comfortable using technology, with familiarity with AI note-taking tools advantageous.
