Job Description
A boutique investment firm is looking for a Team Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Based in a central location, this role requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will provide support to the Senior Leadership Team with a focus on managing day-to-day logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Diary and calendar management for SLT
- Travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Meeting management, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics
- Assisting with client event planning and coordination
- Collaborating closely with team members to support ongoing projects
- Smooth running of office

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant in a corporate environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
