PA/EA - Tech/Family Office

London, UK

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: GBP £90,000 p.a.

An UHNW, prominent but discreet family are seeking an ambitious, dedicated and experienced Personal/Executive Assistant.

The role will report directly into the Principals who are very experienced business leaders and they are looking for a candidate with proven longevity in a Family Office environment, with experience directly supporting UHNW clients at the top level. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate personal and business schedules – organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and travel arrangements
• General bookkeeping work including bill and credit card reconciliation tasks, and general interface with financial professionals
• Carrying out background research as needed and meeting preparation
• General admin services – screening telephone calls and recording, incoming mail, emails, etc
• Manage residential staff, insurance cover and vendors for family residences
• Maintaining office systems, including data management, filing
• Maintain medical files and medical insurance

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a similar role and longevity with one family along with genuine passion for being in this type of position
• Individual must be a trustworthy and responsible person who takes pride in their job. Honesty and reliability are key and security of the family is essential.
• Committed and diligent with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and able to acquire and apply knowledge
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite required
• Work well with minimal supervision and enthusiastic to contribute in a team or solo environment as required.
• Ability to relate to people of all levels whilst maintaining a professional image.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work extra hours to meet deadlines. A high level of responsiveness is required at all times
• Positive attitude, loyal, discreet and honest
• Exceptional intuition with the ability to proactively anticipate needs
• Thinks logically and analytically
• Understands confidentiality issues and use of discretion and maintains high level of personal confidentiality (Strictly enforced Confidentiality Agreement will be required)
