Job Description

On behalf of the Principal of a Zurich based Family Office, we are looking for a Personal Assistant in the Zurich office.

Main Duties for the Principle include:

  • Handling the Principles agenda with coordination of various private and business appointments
  • Dealing with private and personal correspondence and other private errands
  • Planning, organisation, preparation and follow-up of private trips and family events
  • Clarification of issues with external bodies and service providers
  • Occasional accompaniment within Switzerland and occasional travelling to other European countries
  • Administrative support and coordination of the family calendar - including tutoring, hobbies, and school
  • General organisational support

Skill Set

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or in a comparable function in the family office sector or in a high-end private environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills in planning and coordinating appointments, travel, events and projects.
  • Ability to prioritise complex tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both when dealing with internal staff and external service providers. Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Possession of a valid driving license for occasional driving services within Switzerland.
