We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Merchandiser for a high-level client in Riyadh, with a focus on merchandise management for theme parks or complex parks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and buying, and possess hands-on experience in vendor management, stock replenishment, and purchasing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the retail merchandising strategy for theme park operations, ensuring products align with customer preferences and park themes.
• Perform detailed financial and buying analysis to optimize stock levels, pricing, and overall merchandise profitability.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and inventory supply chain coordination.
• Handle stock replenishment processes to ensure seamless operations and availability of key merchandise.
• Analyze consumer trends and sales performance to adjust buying strategies and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support product launches and promotions.
• Drive a startup mentality, ready to be hands-on in all areas of merchandising, from strategy to execution.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior Merchandiser in a theme park, complex park, or similar industry.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of using analysis to guide buying decisions.
• Experience with vendor management and stock replenishment processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
