Job Description
Personal Assistant for UHNWI with high travel required
We are looking for an experienced and committed Personal Assistant to support a private individual in a diverse and challenging role. You will oversee a range of organizational, administrative, and daily tasks, that will contribute to the smooth running of both private and business life.
This role has a workload of 60-80% and is based near to Lucerne, there is a requirement to do some travelling, particularly to Spain for short trips in the summer, where accommodation will be provided.
Main Duties include:
- Arranging and coordinating business and private appointments
- Managing schedules and calendars for all family members
- Booking private flights, chauffeur services, and private transfers
- Handling phone calls, responding to emails and sorting and filing mail
- Financial management (paying bills, creating expense overviews)
- Organizing family celebrations
- Managing car services and boat matters
- Basic accounting tasks for family members
- Technical support Assistance with the use of smartphones, laptops, and technical devices
- Managing smart home devices and email accounts
- Planning and organizing family vacations
- Coordination of all household services including the overseeing of cleaning, pet care, garden, maintenance work and seasonal decorations
- Shopping and errands
Skill Set
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or a similar role in a UHNWI environment
- Ability to coordinate complex schedules, organize travel and events, and manage various household tasks efficiently
- Basic accounting skills for creating and maintaining expense overviews and simple financial management
- Handling sensitive information and personal property with utmost discretion
- Openness to national and international travel, including stays in Ibiza and other exclusive destinations
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are advantageous
