We are seeking a UK-qualified Lawyer with a strong understanding of property investments to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the legal field, specifically in property investment, and will be well-versed in UK and UAE property laws. The role requires excellent legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on property investment transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property investments.
• Ensure compliance with UK and UAE property laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence and assess risks for potential property acquisitions and investments.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Offer legal guidance on property financing, joint ventures, and real estate investment structures.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters related to property investments, if required.
• Stay updated on changes in property laws and market trends in both the UK and UAE.
• Work closely with other departments, including finance, sales, and operations, to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a UK-qualified Lawyer (LLB and LPC/Bar at Law).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property law, with a focus on property investments.
• Previous experience working in Dubai or familiarity with the UAE legal environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations in both the UK and UAE.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
